Whether you’re starting your whitewater journey or ready to take your skills to a professional level, our training pathways give you the confidence and qualifications to safely lead others in moving water.

At JOIN, we don’t just train paddlers - we grow guides.

Our whitewater training programs blend technical skill, leadership development, and embodied awareness.

We believe the best guides are grounded, skilled, and connected - to themselves, their crew, and the river.

Kayak Comfort & Rolling Sessions

This session is all about getting comfortable being upside-down — literally.
We’ll work through high and low braces, hip flicks, T-rescues, and build towards mastering your Eskimo roll.
We integrate breathwork and mindfulness to help you stay calm and embodied under pressure, and we balance every dunking with playful time on the rapids - so your nostrils get a chance to dry out.
